Ali.... I don't even know where to start, except to say that every single thing was just fantastic. Honestly, I have to say I think that was the best catering I have ever had, and I really mean that. Even the pilots had seconds and commented on how good it was! The packaging was right on and consolidated perfectly. What a treat to get the little extras...the biltong and the black beans...OMG...I lived near Miami and never had black beans like that. I know its probably a secret, but if you were passing out the recipe for those beans and the beef casserole, I would be standing in line for it. My husband would be in heaven! But, my favourite part was my little goodie bag, that was really sweet. I cannot wait to try the spices at home and I love the little jar. Everytime I use them, I'll think of our great chat and my time in Cape Town. And, if you want, send me your address and I'll drop you a postcard from time to time. Dear Ali, Last week, the 12th, I ordered some catering from you for a trip to Sweden, I just want to give you some feed-back because it was such a fantastic experience!!!! Usually it is very stressful ordering catering in a foregin country, so many things can be missunderstood and go wrong since the references differ. It is also quite amazing how important the food-factor is to the overall experience of a flight for the passengers. This time I was a bit concerned about the small amount of time I had at the airport before departure. This is usually a bit of a conflict between the cocpit crew and me the flight attendant. They want as little time as possible and I want plenty of time to sort out all the imaginable misstakes that usually are conected with the catering. Well may I say it was such a relief and lovely experience to open one of the catering boxes and realise you had understood my order and even sprinkled it with a little extra!!!!! So fresh, tasty, plenty (without taking up to much of our precious airplane-space) and pleasant to the eye as well!!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! From a happy flight attendant and some happy and pleased passengers.

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your service and out-of-this world great food! When we do our catering elsewhere (when we travel) its always such a hassel to get even the most basic breakfast our of a 5-star hotel!
